Bug reports, refund questions, anything else: gio@shicheng.com.hk
Tetrilaunch is a physics cannon puzzle: you fire tetrominoes from a cannon, stack what lands, and clear lines to fulfil contracts. It plays in landscape on phones, tablets and in the browser.
Common questions
My progress disappeared
Progress is saved on your device only — signing in recovers purchase ownership, but cloud save is not implemented yet. Deleting the app, or clearing your browser's site data, erases it permanently. In a browser, note that "private" or "incognito" windows discard storage when you close them, and some browsers clear site data automatically after a period of inactivity.
I bought the Full Game but it isn't showing
On iOS or Android, open Settings and tap Restore Purchases. On the web, open Player Account and sign in with the same Google or Apple identity used for the purchase. If it still does not unlock, email us.
How do I delete my player account?
Open Settings → Player Account → Delete Account. This removes the purchase-identity record (the RevenueCat customer) and the sign-in stored on your device — the only places the account exists. It does not automatically erase transaction records that Apple, Google or a payment provider must retain.
What does the Full Game purchase unlock?
It is a one-time purchase: it opens earned Tiers 4–10 and gives unlimited, on-demand Contracts. It does not skip progression or unlock the Skydeck; those are still earned by playing. Refunds are handled by Apple and Google under their own policies, but tell us what happened and we'll help.
The game is stuck in portrait
Tetrilaunch is landscape-only. If it won't rotate, check that your device's rotation lock is off.
Can I get my leaderboard entry removed?
Yes. Email us the display name, the score and roughly when you set it, and we'll delete it. See the privacy policy for what the leaderboard stores.

What helps most:
- your device and OS version (e.g. "Pixel 8, Android 15")
- whether it's the app or the browser version
- what you were doing when it happened, and whether it happens every time
