Terms and Conditions

1. About these Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Tetrilaunch on the web, Android, iPhone and iPad, including its online leaderboard and any paid features. "Tetrilaunch", "we", "us" and "our" refer to the publisher of the game. Our Privacy Policy explains how the game handles data and forms part of these Terms.

You must be legally able to agree to these Terms. If you are not old enough to enter a contract where you live, a parent or legal guardian must review and accept them for you.

2. Licence to use the game

We give you a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Tetrilaunch for non-commercial entertainment, subject to these Terms and the rules of the store from which you obtained it. We retain all rights not expressly granted.

You may not:

• copy, sell, rent, sublicense or commercially exploit the game or its assets;
• circumvent purchase, access, security or technical restrictions;
• reverse engineer the game except where applicable law expressly permits it;
• use cheats, automation, modified clients or exploits to manipulate the leaderboard;
• interfere with the game, its services or another player's use of them; or
• use the game for unlawful, fraudulent or abusive activity.

3. Leaderboard submissions

Submitting a score is optional. If you submit one, you are responsible for the display name and score data you send. Do not submit a real name, unlawful material, impersonation, advertising, harassment or content that infringes another person's rights.

You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, reproduce and display the submitted display name and gameplay result only as needed to operate and promote the Tetrilaunch leaderboard. You keep any rights you have in your submission. We may reject or remove a submission, correct a manipulated leaderboard, or restrict leaderboard access where reasonably necessary to protect the game or its players. To request removal, follow the instructions on the Support page.

3A. Optional player accounts

You may play as a guest or sign in with a Google or Apple account. You are responsible for maintaining access to that provider account. Sign-in is used solely to key purchases to a durable identity for recovery across devices; it does not create an account on our servers and does not promise cloud backup of game progress. You may delete the identity from the game's Player Account screen, subject to transaction records that must be retained by payment providers or law.

4. Purchases

Tetrilaunch may offer a one-time, non-consumable Full Game purchase. It unlocks Tiers 4–10 and removes the daily limit on Contract clears. Tiers and the Skydeck must still be earned through play. The purchase screen shows the current price and included features before you confirm. Prices may vary by platform or country.

• Payment is charged through Apple App Store, Google Play or the payment provider identified by the web checkout when you confirm the purchase.
• This purchase does not renew and is not consumed through use. Restore Purchases can recover it on supported devices using the same store or signed-in player account, as applicable.
• Billing and refunds are administered by the store and are subject to its terms and applicable law. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory refund or consumer right.

RevenueCat processes purchase status so the game can provide and restore access. It does not process your card details for us. See the Privacy Policy for more information.

5. Local saves and availability

Most progress and settings are stored locally on your device. You are responsible for maintaining your device and any backups it provides. Deleting the game, clearing browser storage, changing devices or using a private browser window may permanently erase local progress. Restoring a purchase restores the active entitlement, not necessarily local gameplay progress.

We may patch, rebalance, add, remove, suspend or discontinue game content or online services. We aim to keep the game available, but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. If a change affects a paid purchase, mandatory consumer rights and the relevant store's rules continue to apply.

6. Intellectual property

Tetrilaunch and its software, art, audio, text, design, branding and other content are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Store names, platform services and third-party components belong to their respective owners. These Terms do not transfer ownership of any intellectual property to you.

7. Third-party services

The game may rely on Apple, Google, RevenueCat and Cloudflare services. Their own terms and policies govern your relationship with them. We are not responsible for a third-party service, outage or decision that we do not control, but this does not exclude responsibility that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

8. Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tetrilaunch is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. We do not guarantee that the game will always be available, secure, compatible with every device, or free of defects or data loss.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss, or for lost profits, opportunities or data arising from use of the game. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

9. Ending use

You may stop using the game at any time. We may suspend access to online features or terminate this licence if you materially or repeatedly breach these Terms, subject to any notice or remedy required by law. Sections intended by their nature to survive termination—including intellectual property, disclaimers and liability—will continue to apply.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms when the game, its services or legal requirements change. We will publish the revised Terms here and change the effective date. Where required, we will provide additional notice or ask for consent. Continuing to use the game after an update takes effect means you accept the revised Terms, except where applicable law requires another form of acceptance.

11. Applicable law

These Terms are governed by the laws that apply to the publisher and your use of the game, without depriving you of mandatory protections available where you live. Courts and consumer dispute bodies retain the jurisdiction given to them by applicable law.
