Tetrilaunch is a physics cannon puzzle: you fire tetrominoes from a cannon, stack what lands, and clear lines to fulfil contracts. The game plays in landscape. This website provides information and support, not browser play.

Previous browser players

The full browser game is no longer available on this website. The website update leaves your existing locally saved progress and settings in place; it does not delete them. Keep the same browser profile and avoid clearing site data if you want to retain those records.

Browser saves are not automatically transferred to another device or a store version. Retaining a save does not provide access to a playable browser game, and this website does not offer a save-transfer tool.

For a previous web purchase, purchase access, or a browser player-account question (including deletion), contact gio@shicheng.com.hk. Explain which platform you used and what you need help with. Do not email passwords or full payment-card details. Any purchase or account resolution must be confirmed individually; no automatic store entitlement, transfer, or refund is promised here.

App support

My progress disappeared

Progress is saved on your device only — signing in recovers purchase ownership, but cloud save is not implemented yet. Deleting the app, or clearing your browser's site data, erases it permanently. In a browser, note that "private" or "incognito" windows discard storage when you close them, and some browsers clear site data automatically after a period of inactivity.

I bought the Full Game but it isn't showing

In the iOS or Android app, open Settings and tap Restore Purchases. If it still does not unlock, email us. For a previous web purchase, use the contact instructions above instead; there is no Player Account sign-in on this website.

How do I delete my player account?

In the iOS or Android app, open Settings → Player Account → Delete Account. This removes the purchase-identity record (the RevenueCat customer) and the sign-in stored on your device — the only places the account exists. It does not automatically erase transaction records that Apple, Google or a payment provider must retain.

What does the mobile Full Game purchase unlock?

It is a one-time purchase: it opens earned Tiers 4–10 and gives unlimited, on-demand Contracts. It does not skip progression or unlock the Skydeck; those are still earned by playing. Refunds are handled by Apple and Google under their own policies, but tell us what happened and we'll help.

The game is stuck in portrait

Tetrilaunch is landscape-only. If it won't rotate, check that your device's rotation lock is off.

Can I get my leaderboard entry removed?

Yes. Email us the display name, the score and roughly when you set it, and we'll delete it. See the privacy policy for what the leaderboard stores.
